Menus for Provided Meals
The meeting will be held on the campus of the University of
Maryland in the Adele H. Stamp
Student Union. The Union has meeting rooms on its top floor (away
from most of the students) which are well-suited for our face-to-face
and plenary sessions. |
Wireless Internet is available throughout the building; you will receive a username/password and login instructions when you pick up your registration packet at the beginning of the meeting.
|November 23:||Last day to book a hotel room at the special discounted rate (extended from original deadline of November 21)|

Pre-registration deadline -- extended from original deadline of December 4|
(After this date, you will have to register on-site and pay a higher registration fee)
|December 8 :||Up to this date, you can cancel your registration and receive a refund of the registration fee (minus a $20 processing charge)|
