Meeting Registration Information

We ask all attendees to register in advance for the meeting using the secure registration web site -- see the link at the bottom of this page. This will allow us to order the right amount of tables and food in advance. Note that you can cancel your registration any time through December 8 and receive a refund of your registration fee, minus a $20 processing charge. If you do not register online by December 8, you will be able to register on-site when you arrive, but higher fees will apply.

Different registration fees have been set for different subsets of meeting days, as described on the registration web site. (If you will attend a 1.5-day face-to-face meeting, please consider it a "2-day F2F" for registration purposes. Of course, you are welcome to hang out at the meeting location on the first morning!) You can pay online with a credit card or send a personal check or money order by mail after you register online. If you must use an electronic bank transfer, that can be arranged, but it is discouraged because the University does not have a very good system for tracking funds from bank transfers.
