The president makes decisions, and the VP and treasurer tell him he's nuts and that it won't work

we have kosher hot dogs, veggie hot dogs (oh and regular hot dogs too I think)

Thursday the lounge will be closed while they install the fans

There is no Doughnuts on Friday
This is our last Pizza'd meeting

Jobs:
Pres: you're in charge, run officers' meetings, regular meetings, you basically try and get things done, and pry money out of the treasurer

Doughnut Czar: run doughnuts -- this time SPS must write checks to Green Mountain. Adjust order w/ Shoppers, make sure doughnut chart gets filled, make sure everything is in supply. You'll spend 2 months working as an assistant doughnut czar

Vending person: run the vending machine, keeping it stocked, some people in this position have stocked things that don't sell so that they have less work. Don't do this.

VP: aid president. Job not precisely defined, just help out with whatever needs doing. Help plan trips, organize. Not so much work. Assume role of pres if s/he is assassinated.

Treasurer: is the official counter of nickels. this will consume most of your time as treasurer. take $$ to the bank and deposit it, keep The Books up to date. Takes at least 7 hrs a week though that was w/ doughnut czar duties as well. Normally it's more like 4 hrs a week. Lots of finding out cheapest ways to do things.

Next meeting we'll lay down some ground rules for the fans. Till then, use common sense. Don't mess w/ the fans.
Don't turn the speakers up too loud.
