Minutes for November 18, 2004

The meeting started at approximately 5:00 pm EST in the undergraduate
physics lounge. Kim, the SPS President, informed everyone that the 
Thanksgiving dinner will be held at 6:00 pm on Friday, November 19, 2004
at the Toll Lounge (room: 1204) in the physics building. There will be
tons of food and stuff. An email has already been sent out regarding this
matter.

The next topic for discussion was the election of SPS officials. Since 
the Secretary, i.e., I, is graduating, therefore, someone will have to 
take up the reigns of the job. It was also decided that there are other
officer's positions that need to be filled. So, elections of new officers
needs to take place sometime. It was decided that the new elections will
be held at the Thanksgiving dinner before the feast is started. Hopefully,
enough people will show up so that we can have an actual election of
officers.

So, with this the meeting ended at about 5:30 pm.
