Minutes for November 11, 2004

The secretary was not present at the meeting. So, approximate minutes are
being detailed. The meeting started at about 5:00 pm, EST. The following
topics were discussed.

The Thanksgiving luncheon/dinner was supposed to be a faculty student
luncheon. But it has been decided that it will not be a faculty student
luncheon, and instead it would be a dinner and will be held on November
19, 2004 sometime in the evening. Details to be discussed later.

The volunteering for physics is phun was also discussed. Physics is phun is
taking place on Thursday, Friday and Saturday of this week.

Phil apparently has organized a bowling thing for Friday, November 12th 
at about 4 pm at the Stamp Student union place. He also introduced the idea
for a physics camping trip to be held next semester sometime. That idea
was taken under consideration and plans for it will be discussed sometime
in the future.

The meeting ended at about 5:15 pm EST.
