Minutes for October 14, 2004 The meeting began at exactly 5:00 pm, +/- 1 minute on October 14, 2004 at the physics undergraduate lounge. The President and Treasurer, Kim and Ari, respectively, were "under the weather" and thus were not present at the meeting. The meeting was initiated by our Vice-President, Erin. The following topics were discussed at the meeting. The smoky corners of the lounge fumed with eagerness, as a pack of cards lay silent upon the wooden table, waiting to be dealt into the hands of.... Anyways, the first topic of discussion was the fridge project, whereupon Adam, who is in charge of getting the vending machine informed that he is still waiting for the machine to arrive. So, it was decided that if the vending machine does not arrive by next week, we will start to restock the fridge unless other circumstances come up. An queen of clubs, slowly picked up by trembling hands, ended up into a collection of cards arranged like a fan, soon to be placed again upon the dusty table to complete a chain.... So, the grad student Brad wants to continue playing soccer every friday till the end of the semester with the undergrads. So, it was decided that if anyone is interested, he or she may arrive at either the physics undergrad lounge or the lobby at about 4:30 ish pm and then the group will head out to a venue and play soccer until whenever. The last card selected from the hand and placed upon the table; a two of hearts placed upon the scattered cards, signing the end of the game... Louge cleanup becomes a priority for people.
