Minutes

I was unable to attend the meeting and I apologize for that. "I am sorry...I
was delayed." I was with the Treasurer, Ari, shopping for food and soda for
the lounge. But fortunately, Erin, our Vice President took note of the minutes,
and I'll detail them as follows:

The meeting began approximately at about 5:00 pm, hopefully. Two main items
were discussed at the meeting. One, it was decided that the lounge will be
cleaned next week, i.e., October 7, 2004 at the time of the meeting, and we
would like everyone to help out. Secondly, the people for the walk will
assemble at the physics undergraduate lounge at 7:00 am on October 2, 2004,
and go for the walk after that. There will be a food after the walk.

That's pretty much it for the minutes this week.
