Physics Shops Survey

The Department of Physics is undergoing a review of its support services. As part of this process, we are requesting information from you as a past or current (or possibly future) user of the various Physics shops.  Our mission is to maintain and improve services, so please take a few moments to complete the following survey. This information is confidential and will be provided to the Associate Chair for Facilities and Personnel for use in the evaluation process.
