We notice some stylistic differences in the two classes

Optics Problem
- Students in the tutorial class were more inclined to apply underlying concepts in applications of formulas.
Heat Transfer Problem
- Students in both classes did comparably even though the students in the recitation class had more preparation.
- Students in the recitation class were more inclined to use an indirect method similar to the method used in their homework.
