· Professor Robert Park has made the news several times in the last few weeks, talking about the NASA space shuttle. On July 15, he spoke to NBC Evening News and on August 3 – and again on August 9 – he appeared on CNN. On August 10, he was a guest of PBS' News Hour with Jim Lehrer. He has also spoken to international audiences about the launch of the shuttle. In July, he was interviewed by CBC (Canadian Broadcasting Company) Television and CBC Radio, as well as by a nationwide radio program in Ireland.
