Physics is Phun

On Thursday, May 6, Friday, May 7, and Saturday, May 8, Dr. Richard Berg will present the Physics is Phun public lecture demonstration program. Entitled "Water," this seris will use the Department's world-class lecture demonstration facility to teach visitors about the fascinating properties of our most important substance.

Spring Commencement

On Saturday, May 21, 2005 at 7 p.m. in the Comcast Center, the University of Maryland campus will host its annual Spring commencement ceremonies.

The College of Computer, Mathematical and Physical Sciences will honor its graduates on Sunday, May 22, 2005 at 2 p.m. in the Reckord Armory.
