Graduate Student Researchers

The group has occasional openings for graduate student researchers.  If you are a graduate student currently enrolled at UMCP in physics or chemical physics (or with strong interests in these fields) who has an interest in mesoscopic condensed matter physics or surface science, please contact Professor Fuhrer at x56143 or email mfuhrer@physics.umd.edu. Undergraduate Research Positions

Occasionally positions are available for exceptional undergraduate students wishing to gain researcher experience.  Undergraduates researchers must be willing to devote a significant portion of their time to research in the laboratory.  Previous laboratory experience is preferred, but not required.   Interested students should call x56143 or email mfuhrer@physics.umd.edu.  For more information on research in this group, see the research page.
