PURPOSE: To demonstrate fiber optics in an exciting way.

DESCRIPTION: One end of a fiber optics bundle is placed against a printed card in front of a light bulb and the other end viewed by the TV camera. PHYSICS IS PHUN can be clearly read, if not believed by the students. The photograph at the right shows the setup.
