Preliminary Agenda for CMS HCAL meeting at FIT

We will have the Winter US CMS HCAL meeting at the Physics

Department of the Florida Institute of Technology in Melbourne,

Florida (www.fit.edu).

The meeting will take place on Thursday, Friday and Saturday

February 7, 8 and 9. Tentatively we will have the following

agenda:

Thursday, Feb 7 : RBX, FE Electronics,

Trigger/DAQ electronics

Friday, Feb 8: (morning) PRS

(afternoon) DCS, calibration

Saturday, Feb 9: (morning/afternoon) HF (all US items)

(late afternoon) Management items --

M&O, Lehman Review, SOW's

FIT is about 40 miles from Cape Canaveral

(www.ksc.nasa.gov). The closest launch is on Feb 14

(Columbia to service the Hubble).

The closest large airport is Orlando (SouthWest flies there

as do most other US airlines).
