Flat Background General Relativity
Flat Background Relativity assumes that solving the Einstein Field
Equations (EFE) is not the final step in finding the metrics of
spacetime. Instead its overall premise is that the physical metrics of
spacetime are distortions of the EFE solutions in the direction of
changing maximal clock rate such that their background metric becomes
flat. Gravitational length contraction, the construction of background
metrics from foreground metrics such as the EFE solutions, and how to
find the distortion that flattens the background are described. The
distortion of the Schwarzschild Solution is examined, and it is shown
that the equations of motion for the distorted geometry prohibit entry
into the Schwarzschild black hole coordinates.
