Using the gizmo photographed below, bubbles of unequal size are blown onto the two glass tubes.

The stopcock valve at the center of the apparatus can now be rotated so that the two arms with the bubbles are connected,
and air can flow if it wants to.
When the bubbles are connected:
- (a) the large bubble will become larger and the small one will become smaller.
- (b) the bubbles will become equal in size.
- (c) the bubbles will remain as they are.
