The answer is (d): the inside of the box on the left is painted white and the inside of the box on the right is painted black.

These boxes are examples of blackbody radiation: the spectrum of the radiation emerging from the holes is a function only of the temperature, which is the same for both boxes. Therefore the color of both holes is the same.
