The answer is (e): the ball will leave the tube through the lower opening and re-enter the tube through the upper opening, as seen in an mpeg video by clicking your mouse on the photograph below.

Through the process of entrainment the air flow caused by my blowing on the mouthpiece causes air to flow through the tube, into the upper opening and out of the lower opening. The styrofoam ball follows this air flow, as seen in the video.
I do not believe that the Bernoulli effect has anything to do with this demonstration.
