POSTDOCTORAL APPLICATIONS ARE CURRENTLY BEING ACCEPTED FOR 2010
Please apply electronically with a CV, a publication list, and the names of three or more referees. Applications should be addressed to Sankar Das Sarma, and emailed to

We are interested in all aspects of quantum condensed matter theory (including cold atom physics), but there is particular current interest in the following topics: Solid state quantum computation using semiconductors and/or superconductors; spin qubits and spin decoherence; physics of graphene; topological insulators; fractional quantum Hall effects; topological quantum computation; strongly correlated phenomena; semiconductor quantum dots in GaAs and Si.
We anticipate making 3-5 postdoctoral offers in 2010 in different subjects.
Applications should preferably be received by January 31, 2010 for full consideration although we will continue our search until all positions are filled. We expect to interview candidates during January and February of 2010.
