Postdoctoral applicants should apply by email (using pdf attachments for CV and publication list) to either cmtc.assistant@gmail.com or dassarma@umd.edu. (Reference letters should not be sent with applications--we will contact the applicant regarding recommendation letters.) For full consideration, applications should arrive by December 15 for fellowships beginning in the fall of the following year. Decisions are usually made in February/March for positions starting in August/September. All areas of quantum condensed matter physics, including strong correlation effects in cold atomic systems, are currently of interest. |
