Description of Research Area
Carbon nanotubes: nanoelectric devices such as single-electron transistors, single electron memories. Exotic two-dimensional systems: high-temperature superconductivity in field-effect doped molecular solids, superconductivity and charge density waves in two-dimensional nanocrystals.
